HETIA (former HSIA) attended the IOT Solutions World Congress (Barcelona 03-05 October 2017)
Enterprise Greece and mi-Cluster, with the support of HETIA (former HSIA) and Corallia, attended from 03 to 05 October 2017 at one of the leading events for the Internet of Things, the IOT Solutions World Congress in Barcelona. The exhibition hosted over 13,000 participants from 114 countries, 240 exhibitors and 250 speeches on the future of this strong-growing industry.
Centaur, ESS, Inaccess and Yodiwo, supported by the presence of Enterprise Greece and mi-Cluster / HETIA (former HSIA), participated in the Greek pavilion.
At the national booth with the central message “Greece & IoT: A Sea of Opportunities”, the strong presence of Greek businesses throughout the value chain of the Internet of Things and the innovative products and services they have developed in our country has been successful.
The IOT Solutions World Congress is one of the top events in the Internet of Things industries world-wide. This year’s event was attended by leading companies in the industry such as ABB, Accenture Digital, Analog Devices, Deloitte, Google Cloud, Honeywell, Huawei, Intel, Microsoft, SAS Institute, Schneider Electric, Telit, Vodafone, Wipro Digital, as well as countries with a national stand but also Regions (such as Sweden and Catalonia).
The participants welcomed the response of the businessmen and the important contacts they had made. It is worth mentioning that the Greek Pavilion was placed in an important position next to powerful Technology names such as Vodafone, Honeywell and Accenture Digital.
