ISD joins HETiA
5 July 2024: ISD became a Member of the Hellenic Emerging Technologies Industry Association (HETiA), thus joining forces with top high-tech companies from this region to help the Digital industrial ecosystem (microelectronics, embedded systems, digital technologies, IoT) of South-Eastern Europe evolve and become a versatile & credible partner in the global market.
ISD was established in Greece in 1998. The company’s headquarters is situated in Maroussi, Athens Greece and with branches in Glyka Nera, Athens and Heraklion, Crete. Internationally, ISD has a presence in Grenoble (France), Torino (Italy) and Cork (Ireland). The company has active collaborations with system development companies, software houses and IC manufacturers. Offers a complete design service from initial concept through rapid prototyping to production, supporting customers products through their life cycle and acts as a liaison with the customers in-house teams.
ISD is certified with AS/EN 9100, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015. ISO 26000:2010, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC-J-STD-001, ISO 27001.
The key competences of ISD include:
- High-Reliability system design and development,
- Rad-Hard integrated circuit design,
- Design, development, validation and verification of Rad-Hard IP blocks,
- Specialized SW development including operating system kernels, device drivers, DSP software and application software,
- Design and development of products involving PCBs, FPGA and/or microprocessor firmware and system software,
- High-end PCB design, assembly and testing,
- High-end wire harness manufacturing and testing
- AIT, MAIT and support functions in satellite development.
