HETiA Participated in the 7th PATRAS IQ 2021, December 5, 2021

 

 

HETiA participated in the 7th Patras IQ 2021 that has the vision of establishing itself as a distinguished exhibition for the promotion of innovation on a national and European scale by showcasing numerous important events of special and general interest, addressed to professionals and the general public.

 

 

HETiA’s participation was twofold:

  • As a virtual exhibitor by using the Patras IQ platform for the period 4-12 Dec. 2021

 

 

  • As a co-organizer of a hybrid session titled “Bridging the gap between knowledge base fields and work environments” that was held on the 5th of December 2021 between 14.00 and 16.30. HETiA was represented by its president Dr. Emmanuel Zervakis and BoD member John Kikidis who was the events coordinator.

 

The session was split into three parts:

  1. Short introductions by Prof. Panagiotis Dimopoulos (Chairman of the Patras IQ organizing commission) and Dr. Zervakis
  2. Success stories of technological firms and HETiA members originating from the University of Patras: AdveosFeacIrida LabsMeazonThink Silicon and Yodiwo
  3. Open discussion on “bridging the gap”
