HETiA, is very proud for its member Adveos, which has been acquired by Beken Corporation. Adveos acquisition is another success of the impressive track record of HETIA’s members’ transactions.

Beken Corporation (SSE: 603068), a key player in wireless communication solutions announced that it has completed the acquisition of Adveos Microelectronic Systems, an RF and mixed-signal IP provider based in Greece.

The acquisition will strengthen Beken’s wireless communication capabilities and will enhance the company’s growth momentum in a time where the rapid developments in wireless protocols provide significant opportunities both for the domestic and foreign markets. Furthermore, this transaction clearly demonstrates Beken’s strategy to be gradually promoted into a world-class wireless solutions provider company.
